Ankara Kazan Soda Factory Modernization Project<\/strong><\/p>

As a company that has proven its expertise in energy and mechanical systems, Emka once again demonstrated its leadership in the field of industrial modernization with the innovative project it carried out at the Ankara Kazan Soda Factory.<\/p>

A Boundary-Pushing Transformation in the Industry<\/strong><\/p>

Within the scope of the project, 4 actively working 50 MW Oilon brand burners were dismantled in order to modernize the energy infrastructure of the factory and replaced with dual-fuel 50 MW Baltur brand burners equipped with the latest technology.<\/p>

As a critical part of this system integration:<\/p>

\u2013 Natural gas installation has been renewed,
\u2013 Mechanical assembly operations have been completed meticulously,
\u2013 Combustion efficiency has been increased with the burner air duct design and installation,
\u2013 And the commissioning processes were successfully completed ahead of schedule.<\/p>

Optimum Combustion and Energy Efficiency with Air Duct<\/strong><\/p>

The specially designed air duct integrated with Baltur brand burners increased the combustion efficiency of the system and maximized energy saving. This innovative solution not only reduced the energy costs of the factory, but also contributed to the creation of an environmentally friendly business model.<\/p>

The project, carried out under difficult factory conditions, was managed in accordance with occupational health and safety (OHS) rules and was completed successfully without any work accidents thanks to the outstanding care of our field teams.<\/p>
