Warranty Conditions

WARRANTY PERIOD AND CONDITIONS

  •  This warranty is only valid if the device(s) are commissioned and maintained by our authorized services.
  • The entire product, including all its parts, is under warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.
  • If the product is found to be defective, the consumer may exercise one of the following rights in Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502;
  1. To withdraw from the contract,
  2. To request a discount on the sales price,
  3. To request free repair,
  4. To request replacement of the product with a defect-free equivalent,

Customer has these rights.

  • If the consumer chooses the right to free repair among these rights, the seller is obliged to repair the product or have it repaired without demanding any fee under any name such as labor cost, cost of replaced parts or any other name. The consumer can also use the right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer and importer are jointly and severally liable for the consumer's use of this right.
  • If the consumer exercises his/her right to free repair of the product;
  1. If it malfunctions again within the warranty period,
  2. If the maximum time required for repair is exceeded,
  3. f it is determined by a report by an authorized service station, dealer, manufacturer or importer that repair is not possible;

The consumer may request the refund of the product, a discount in proportion to the defect, or, if possible, the replacement of the product with a defect-free equivalent from the seller. The seller cannot reject the consumer's request. If this request is not met, the seller, the manufacturer, and the importer are jointly and severally liable.

  • The repair period of the product cannot exceed 20 business days. This period starts on the date of notification of the malfunction of the product to the authorized service or seller within the warranty period, and on the date of delivery of the product to the authorized service outside the warranty period. If the malfunction of the product cannot be repaired within 10 business days, the manufacturer or importer must allocate another product with similar features to the consumer until the repair of the product is completed. In the event of malfunction of the product within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period.
  • All costs incurred due to the exercise of optional rights shall be covered by the party that fulfills the right chosen by the consumer. The consumer may also claim compensation in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 dated 11/1/2011, together with one of these optional rights.
  • Malfunctions resulting from the use of the product contrary to the matters stated in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.
  • In case of any disputes that may arise regarding the exercise of rights arising from the warranty, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the place of residence or the place where the consumer transaction was made.
  • If this Warranty is not provided by the seller, the consumer may apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

MAJOR CONDITIONS EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY SCOPE

  • Malfunctions resulting from failure to fulfill the responsibilities of the customer specified in the operating and control instructions
  • Malfunctions that will occur if commissioning, repair and maintenance are performed outside of authorized services
  • Damage to the product during transportation and storage
  • Failure to keep the product in its original packaging until the assembly phase
  • Failure to make correct and secure electrical connections. Malfunctions that will occur if incorrect voltage is applied, voltage changes are repeated frequently.
  • Malfunctions that will occur if the appropriate fuel is not used, the fuel contains foreign substances or the device is used without fuel.
  • Malfunctions that will occur due to foreign substances entering the product during assembly and operation.
  • The system is not covered by the warranty in detecting errors that will occur due to device selections.
  • Devices damaged by natural disasters are not covered by the warranty.
  • Devices that are first operated or intervened by people other than authorized services are not covered by the warranty.
  • The device's warranty expires if the original serial number on the product is missing or damaged.
  • Whether or not there is a usage error in the malfunctions is determined by a report prepared by the authorized service, or in the absence of an authorized service, by our authorized dealer, dealer, representative office or factory. If the authorized service cannot decide on the warranty status under field conditions, a factory inspection and report is applied.
  • Malfunctions caused by lack of periodic maintenance
  • Malfunctions other than manufacturing and workmanship errors not specified above
  • Consumers may apply to the consumer problems arbitration board regarding this report with a request for an expert to determine the situation.
