Despite the difficulties in the field, the project was successfully completed and made significant contributions to the production processes by increasing the energy efficiency of the enterprise.
Project Scope and Applications
In this comprehensive project, the following works were successfully carried out:
– Mechanical assembly of the Baltur 16 MW burner,
– Air duct assembly was specially designed to maximize combustion efficiency,
– Liquid fuel system piping operations and infrastructure arrangements,
– Pumping station installation,
– Fuel lines were pulled to a height of 40 meters, in accordance with all occupational health and safety (OHS) standards, without any work accidents,
– System integration and commissioning processes were completed quickly and efficiently so that all equipment would work in harmony.
